Terms of Use – Swiss Crisis

1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Swiss Crisis application.
By using the application, the user accepts these terms without reservation.
2. Nature of the service
Swiss Crisis is an assistance tool designed to centralize and access information related to the management of critical situations.
The service does not constitute:
- a certified security system
- an official alert system
- a solution guaranteeing business continuity
3. Access and use
Access to the application is provided on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis.
The user agrees to:
- use the application in a compliant manner
- not misuse the service
- not introduce illicit or unauthorized sensitive data
4. Responsibility of the client company
The client company is solely responsible for:
- the configuration of the application
- the content of the data
- access management
- user training
- the implementation of independent backup procedures
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is".
Swiss Crisis does not guarantee:
- continuous availability
- the absence of errors or bugs
- compatibility with all systems
- reliability in critical situations
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Swiss Crisis shall not be held liable for:
- direct or indirect damages
- financial losses
- data losses
- business interruption
- decisions made based on the application
- consequences of an actual crisis
The total liability of Swiss Crisis is limited to the amount actually paid by the client over the last 12 months.
7. Use in critical situations
The user acknowledges that:
- the application may not be available during a crisis
- the information may be incomplete or outdated
- networks may be unavailable
The application must under no circumstances be used as the sole source of information or crisis management.
8. Data
The user retains ownership of their data.
Swiss Crisis is not responsible for:
- data loss
- misconfiguration of data
- disclosure due to poor access management
9. Third-party services
Swiss Crisis may rely on third-party services.
No liability is assumed in the event of failure of these services.
10. Suspension and interruption
Swiss Crisis reserves the right to:
- suspend or interrupt the service
- perform maintenance
- modify or remove features
without prior notice.
11. Modification of terms
These terms may be modified at any time.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is at the registered office of CREATIS Informatique.
